Created by Do What You Love and based on their free resource ‘Zen and the art of doing what you love’, the program is designed to help you tune out the noise of daily life and hear what you really want to offer the world.
Over the course of 10 days, you will receive daily emails, short exercises, inspirational imagery, and tips to help you be more present, get quiet, and focus. You will also receive a series of thought-provoking questions throughout the program. So, be sure to capture your insights and anything that pops up in your journal!
